By downloading, installing, or using DailyPath, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in the place where you live.
What DailyPath does
DailyPath is a personal location-history app for iPhone. It uses location events provided by iOS to organize meaningful stays and movement into days, places, and a searchable history.
DailyPath is not a continuous GPS recorder. Location events can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable because of device settings, operating-system behavior, signal conditions, battery state, or other factors outside our control.
Your use
You may use DailyPath for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for your device, your location permissions, and the information you add to the app.
You must not use DailyPath to violate the law, invade another person's privacy, stalk or harass anyone, interfere with the app or website, or attempt to bypass their security.
Your data
Your location history and the places, notes, and people you add remain yours. DailyPath stores this information on your device and does not claim ownership of it.
You are responsible for exports and backups after they leave the app, including where they are stored, who can access them, and which external tools you choose to use.
Not a safety service
Do not rely on DailyPath for emergencies, personal safety, navigation, live tracking, legal proof, employee monitoring, or any situation requiring complete or precise location records.
Recording-health information reports what the app can observe. It cannot guarantee that iOS will deliver future location events.
Apple services
DailyPath depends on iOS location services and uses Apple MapKit for maps. Apple may change, limit, or discontinue those services. Your use of Apple products and services is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
App ownership
DailyPath, its design, software, name, and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app. They do not transfer ownership of DailyPath or its software to you.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of DailyPath. We may also update these terms as the product changes. The revised date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed.
If a material change affects your use of the app, we will provide notice where reasonably possible. Continuing to use DailyPath after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Disclaimer
DailyPath is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that DailyPath will always be available, error-free, or able to produce complete or accurate location history.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DailyPath and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, loss of data, inaccurate location information, or inability to use the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
